DetailsHandmade orange pumpkin book art. Repurposed from an old book, this pumpkin is a great addition to any Halloween, Fall or Thanksgiving decor. It can be displayed on a bookshelf, tabletop, mantles and so much more.
Stiffened burlap and gardening wire make the leaf and stem of this shaped pumpkin book. The stem of the pumpkin is a curved stick. The pumpkin itself is made from a recycled book from a garage sale. All of my books used are from resale shops and garage sales.
Book art makes a wonderful gift for book lovers, librarians, teachers and for anniversaries.
All of my books are chosen from thrift stores, library resale shops and garage sales. Each book used is hand chosen from these places by me and must meet my standards which include no smells, rips or strains. Unless specifically requested for subject or a specific book, the book chosen to make the project will be random. -
